Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Amae, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Amae is a personal relationship management app that helps you maintain and nurture your personal connections. The app allows you to track contacts, interactions, reminders, events, and more. The voice assistant feature uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to process your requests.

3. User Accounts & Age Requirement

You must create an account to use Amae. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscriptions & Pricing

Amae offers a free tier (limited to 10 contacts and 10 AI queries per month) and a Pro subscription with full features:

For EU consumers: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By starting to use the subscription immediately, you expressly consent to the digital content being provided before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for that subscription period.

4a. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

Rapid Spark
Ronny Saar
Saarbruecker Strasse 77, 66564 Ottweiler, Germany
Email: info@rapidspark.de

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Loss of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

You expressly agree that delivery of the digital content (Amae Pro subscription) begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that by commencing use of the digital content, you lose your right of withdrawal from the contract (Sec. 356(5) BGB).

Note on App Store Subscriptions

Amae Pro subscriptions are purchased through and processed by Apple via the App Store. Subscription management, including cancellation and refund requests, must be handled through Apple:

Refunds for App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us directly AND cancel your subscription through Apple to prevent further charges.
